Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a flexible return policy, giving you 14 days or 250 miles from the date of delivery to assess your purchase. This allows you the time you need to make a decision and easily request a return or exchange.
Simple Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, just send us an email by 5 PM PDT on the 14th day following the receipt of your item. The date you receive your item is considered Day 0.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified in any way from their original state. Items used as collateral for a loan (encumbered items) are also not eligible for return.
